the distorted thoughts<\/p>\n<p><em>Define<\/em> &#8211; the distorted thoughts and the Cognitive Distortions behind them<\/p>\n<p><em>Explain<\/em> &#8211; to yourself what&#8217;s right and wrong about these distorted thoughts.<\/p>\n<p><em>Adjust<\/em> &#8211;
